Welcome to Korynnthians, a collection of open letters written in the midst of the storm.
I started this space because I was tired of pretending that faith always feels easy. I’m a Christian college student navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD— learning that healing isn’t about erasing the struggle, but finding grace inside of it.
Here, I write about the messy intersections of faith and mental health: the nights I can’t even pray, the mornings I wake up hopeful, and all the moments in between. I believe God meets us exactly where we are— even in the chaos, even when the noise doesn’t quiet down.
If you’ve ever felt like your faith wavers beneath the weight of your mind, I hope you find peace in knowing you are not alone. You don’t have to be fixed to be loved, and you don’t have to have it all together to be seen.
This blog isn’t about perfection. It’s about persistence. It’s about faith that still flickers in the fog.
Thank you for being here.
